Blog Review Monday!

Happy Monday! Well, I had a busy weekend and looking forward to a relatively quiet week. Now, with that said, it is time for Blog Review here at my Scrappin Place! This is one of the best blogs that I have seen and she is quite the artist. Penny Duncan Creations, which you all should go and take a look at her blog!
